Lakeside Sailing Club - Pakenham


The Lakeside Sailing Club - Pakenham is a local sailing club that offers a low barrier, accessible and all-inclusive environment where people can learn and shine in dinghy sailing regardless their means, ability, gender or age.

Weather permitting, sailing typically occurs every Sunday (Oct-Apr) from 9am till 3pm at the lake in Pakenham. On top of that, and throughout the entire year, we often have social events or join other clubs in their series or regattas.

The Lakeside Sailing Club - Pakenham offers the following options for to start sailing:

- Free Discover Sailing Day (~End Oct) + Cardinia Youth Sailing Day

- SailPass (single day)

- Membership (annual)

- Y-kNOT? sailing (3- day Youth Program, during Jan school holidays)

Y-kNOT? Sailing?

Y-kNOT? Sailing, is a jam packed 3-day program to encourage teenagers, aged between 11 and 17 years, to get outside & discover sailing in a fun, social and interactive manner. During the 3-days, teenagers will learn the basics of sailing, powerboat and knots gaining a certificate at the end. Along the way we'll have lots of fun activities such as VR-Sailing, Kayaking and even an on the water watergun battle.
