Free Discover Sailing Day
Every year, the Lakeside Sailing Club - Pakenham organises a dedicated and Free Discover Sailing Day.
On this day, you'll have the option to
go out for a short sail with an experienced sailor,
try kayaking with our 2 tandem kayaks,
discover the fun and excitement of our sport,
or just meet-n-greet our club members.
There is something for the whole family; adults, seniors and even kids as young as six years old can sail, when accompanied by a parent or guardian. People of all abilities are welcome as our club offers accessible facilities for people with a disability (Access boats & hoist).
Our Discover Sailing Day is free to attend and all boats & safety equipment will be provided by the club. When registered for the day, Australian Sailing even covers insurance.
We're looking forward showing you just how fun, safe, accessible, and affordable sailing is.

Sunscreen, Hat & Sunglasses, Drinks
Clothes and shoes than can get wet + Towel
